Die schöne helle 1-Zimmer Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe des Bahnhofes in Weimar. Sie ist in einer ruhigen Straße gelegen und verfügt über alles, was man so zum Leben braucht.
Neben einer kleinen Küche mit Sitzmöglichkeit und einem Bad mit Dusche verfügt die Wohnung über ein ca. 18 qm großes Zimmer, welches zum Schlafen, Arbeiten etc. genutzt werden kann.
Der tolle Balkon, der an die Küche angrenzt, lädt gerade im Sommer zum Gärtnern und Entspannen ein.
Die Wohnung wird möbliert bzw. voll ausgestattet für einen Zeitraum von 5 Monaten vermietet (kann aber auch kürzer oder ggf. länger gemietet werden - da bin ich noch recht flexibel).
Eine Waschmaschine im Keller ist vorhanden, diese kann gerne genutzt werden. Außerdem gibt es sowohl im Keller als auch im Hof die Möglichkeit, sein Fahrrad unterzustellen bzw. anzuschließen.
Meine persönlichen Gegenstände bringe ich für den Zeitraum größtenteils aus der Wohnung, sodass du Platz hast und die Schränke etc. nutzen kannst. WLAN ist vorhanden und in den Nebenkosten bereits berücksichtigt.
Grade für Erasmus-Studierende ist die Wohnung sicher ideal und bietet alles, was man für ein Semester in Weimar brauchst!

This beautiful, bright 1-room apartment is located near the train station in Weimar. It is located in a quiet street and has everything you need for living.
In addition to a small kitchen with seating and a bathroom with shower, the apartment has a room of approx. 18 sqm, which can be used for sleeping, working, etc.
The fantastic balcony adjoining the kitchen is ideal for gardening and relaxing, especially in summer.
The apartment is rented furnished or fully equipped for a period of 5 months (but can also be rented for a shorter or longer period - I am still quite flexible).
There is a washing machine in the basement, which you are welcome to use. There is also the possibility to store or lock up your bicycle in the basement as well as in the courtyard.
I will move most of my personal belongings out of the apartment for the period, so that you have space and can use the cupboards etc. WLAN is available and is already included in the additional costs.
The apartment is certainly ideal for Erasmus students and offers everything you need for a semester in Weimar!
Die Wohnung liegt in der Weimarer Nordvorstadt ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofes, von dem aus du Anschluss an Fern- und Regionalzüge und die Weimarer Stadtbusse hast. Außerdem erreichst du die Innenstadt in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Falls du an die Uni musst, kannst du mit dem Bus den Campus erreichen oder das Rad nehmen; du brauchst dann ca. 10 Minuten.
Zudem hast du einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Es gibt einen Nahkauf, Edeka und Lidl - alles fußläufig erreichbar.
Im Sommer kannst du im Weimarhallenpark entspannen, im Ilmpark deine Picknickdecke ausbreiten oder im Schwanenseebad ins Wasser hüpfen und eine gute Zeit haben.

The apartment is located in the north of Weimar , very close to the train station, from where you have connections to long-distance and regional trains and the Weimar city buses. You can also reach the city center in about 15 minutes on foot. If you need to get to the university, you can take the bus to the campus or take the bike, which will take you about 10 minutes.
There are also several shopping facilities nearby. There is a local supermarket, Edeka and Lidl - all within walking distance.
Einige meiner Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände sind mir sehr wichtig und ich lege großen Wert darauf, diese nach der Untermiete wieder so vorzufinden, wie ich sie zurückgelassen habe. Außerdem suche ich eine saubere und verlässliche Person, der ich meine Wohnung anvertrauen kann. Im Haus wohnen neben einigen jungen Menschen auch ältere Leute, es wäre also super, wenn du darauf Rücksicht nimmst und von lauten Partys etc. absiehst.
Ich bin in diesem Zeitraum in Berlin und werde aber immer mal tageweise in Weimar an der Uni sein. Falls also irgendetwas kaputt ist oder du Fragen hast, kann ich auch gerne bei Gelegenheit vorbeikommen.

Some of my furniture and furnishings are very important to me and I attach great importance to finding them as I left them after the sublet. I am also looking for a clean and reliable person to whom I can entrust my apartment. There are some young people living in the house as well as older people, so it would be great if you could be considerate of them and refrain from loud parties etc.
I'll be in Berlin during this period, but I'll also be in Weimar at the university from time to time. So if anything is broken or you have any questions, I can also come by when I get the chance.
