Vermiete meine wunderschöne 1-Zimmer-Wohnung von Anfang August 2022 bis Anfang März 2023, während ich ein Auslandssemester mache.
Durch die großen Erkerfenster ist die Wohnung super hell und sonnig. Die Wohnung besteht aus dem großen Hauptraum, in dem eine Küchenzeile und Klavier stehen, davon abgehend ein kleiner Flur und Badezimmer mit Dusche. Waschmaschinen befinden sich im Keller. Ich vermiete die Wohnung mit all meinen Möbeln, sie ist also ausgestattet mit Esstisch, Schreibtisch, Bett, Klavier, Regal, Teppich und einigen Küchenutensilien.
Im subletting my beautiful 1 bedroom apartment from the beginning of August 2022 until the beginning of March 2023 while I am doing a semester abroad.
The apartment is super bright and sunny due to the large windows. The apartment consists of the large main room where there is a kitchenette and piano, a small hallway and bathroom with shower. Washing machines are in the basement. I rent the apartment with all my furniture, so it is equipped with dining table, desk, bed, piano, shelf, carpet and some kitchen utensils.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Triererstraße, in der Westvorstadt, was eine sehr beliebte Wohngegend für Studierende ist. Man braucht ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Bauhaus- Universität und zum Nahkauf, in die Altstadt ist es auch nicht weit.
In 2 Minuten erreicht mehrere Busstationen und von dort kommt man mit dem Bus überall hin.
The apartment is located in Triererstraße, in the Westvorstadt, which is a very popular residential area for students. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the Bauhaus University and to the local supermarket, it is also not far to the Altstadt.
In 2 minutes you can reach several bus stations and from there you can get everywhere by bus.
Ich lasse meine Pflanzen da. Ich suche also jemanden, der sie nicht verkümmern lässt und einmal die Woche gießt :-)
I'm leaving my plants in the apartment. So I'm looking for someone who will not let them wither and who waters them once a week :-)
