Liebe Interessenten,
da ich Weingarten auf Grund meines Praxissemesters verlassen werde, suche ich nun einen oder eine Nachmieter/In für meine kleine 1 Zimmerwohnung.
Die Wohnung hat ca. 25 m² mit kleiner Kochnische, Ölofen, kleines Bad mit Dusche, WC Waschbecken. Die Waschmaschine kann bei Bedarf von mir übernommen werden (Preis ist Verhandlungssache).
Hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein Garten in welchem man gute Grillpartys feiern kann :-). In dem Haus wohnen nur Studenten.
Sehr zentrale Lage direkt in der Innenstadt von Weingarten. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 min an der PH und ca. 10-15min an der HS. Kaufland ist direkt um die Ecke.
