I’m renting my bright room in a spacious 3-bedrooms apartment for the whole month of August for 480 EUR/month (everything included!). It is perfect for those who will need smth temporary for the beginning of the academic year

Details:
📌Room of 15 m2 in the apartment of 90 m2 with a nice living area. There is a shared clean kitchen, bathroom and restroom as well.
📌 4th district with all its perks: nice cafes, 4 mins to Südtiroler Platz U1 subway station and Central Railway station, 5 mins to Johann Strauss tram stop
📌10 mins (public transport) to the city centre
📌Fully furnished: a double bed, a night table, a desk, a desk chair, clothes hanger and a chest of drawers. It is also furnished in the common areas.
📌I’m moving out one month earlier, that’s the reason why I’m subletting it.
📌My housemates are the PhD students from Central European University

📌Zimmer von 15 m2 in der Wohnung von 90 m2 mit einem schönen Wohnbereich. Es gibt eine gemeinsame saubere Küche, Bad und Toilette sowie.
📌 4. Bezirk mit all seinen Vorzügen: nette Cafés, 4 Min. zur U1-Station Südtiroler Platz und zum Hauptbahnhof, 5 Min. zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle Johann Strauß
📌10 Minuten (öffentliche Verkehrsmittel) zum Stadtzentrum
📌Voll möbliert: ein Doppelbett, ein Nachttisch, ein Schreibtisch, ein Schreibtischstuhl, Kleiderbügel und eine Kommode. Es ist auch in den Gemeinschaftsräumen möbliert.
📌Ich ziehe einen Monat früher aus, deshalb untervermiete ich es.
📌Meine Mitbewohner sind die Doktoranden der Central European University
