Hello, ich suche eine*n Zwischenmieter*in für meine 1 Zimmerwohnung im 5. Bezirk in ruhiger Lage.

Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet. Voll ausgestattete Küche inkl. Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Gefrierfach, elektrische Kleingeräte etc., Waschmaschine inkl. Trocknerfunktion, Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Föhn im Bad.

Die Wohnung kann ab Ende September bezogen werden, Einzug Oktober ist auch möglich, und steht bis Ende Februar (mit evtl. Option zur Verlängerung) zur Verfügung.

Die Wohnung ist in den Innenhof gerichtet und angenehm ruhig. Das Hochbett ist 1,60m breit. Oberhalb des Badezimmers befindet sich ein großer Stauraum für Koffer und sonstiges. Ein Kleiderschrank ist eingebaut, Schlafsofa (anderes als auf Foto, 2er Sofa, beige) vorhanden. Der Esstisch ist auf beiden Seiten zusammenklappbar.
