Dear all,
While I am away I am offering my home to someone tidy, clean and responsible to enjoy staying in the apartment during this period. It is the right size for one person and has everything to be your refuge in Vienna. The dates are subject to our arrangement and can be a little flexible. It is situated within a 3-minute walk from the U-Bahn station Pilgramgasse, 10-minute walk from U-3 Zieglergasse and the bus 57A stops very near the house. The total rent, including all utilities is 930 euro.
Besides its central location, the studio is very cosy, furnished with some modern and vintage pieces, full of good atmosphere and character. It is very quiet as it overlooks a green inner courtyard where you hear the birds singing. It is about 41 sq. m. with a large beautiful balcony overlooking the garden. It has a small fully-equipped kitchen, a large 180-200 cm. bed and a bathtub in the bathroom. A fast reliable wifi connection is also included.

Subway stop Pilgramgasse within 3-5 minutes on foot. Bus 57A within 5 minutes on foot. It is very conveniently located and very central. Close to the center and at the same time in a beautiful residential area where there are not too many visitors. It is easy to walk to the subway stop Zieglergasse as well. It would take approximately 10 minutes on foot.
