I will leave my bright, minimally furnished one-bedroom apartment. It offers everything you need, from rain shower, separate toilet, oven, dishwasher, large freezer compartment to a private washing machine in the bathroom. Free storage for your clothing is in the entrance area and I am sure you will feel immediately at home.

I am looking for someone who is willing to take over all the furniture, i.e. couch, bed (140x200), wardrobe, table, four chairs, lamps, washing machine, nice kitchen equipment, vacuum cleaner (Siemens), nice carpet, etc. Everything is less than 1 year old and I would ask for 1500 Eur as an "Ablöse" (the total price was far over 3000 Eur) if you agree. If you are new to Vienna, you only need to bring your own personal things and then you already have everything you will need–without tedious choosing, picking up/having to wait for delivery, and assembling. If you do not want to take over everything, we can discuss this as well.

PLEASE NOTE: Viewings cannot take place before mid-September as I am not in Vienna. Therefore, I will first only collect your messages and then come back to you end of August with a precise date when the viewing will take place.
