A cosy apartment available for a responsible neat person who would enjoy staying in it while I am away. It is a fully furnished cosy apartment with a lot of character consisting of a large room, a bathroom, a toilet, and a kitchen with a dining area. The rent including the basic rent, all utilities and internet, amounts to 860 euro. If there is any unlikely fluctuation of the utilities, I will show you the receipts so that we can make up the difference. I will prepare fresh bedlinen and a towel for you.
The apartment is centrally located yet quiet and very cosy and has character. It is fully equipped and furnished with both modern and vintage pieces. The kitchen overlooks a beautiful green quiet courtyard and the large room overlooks a quiet street. It is on the border of 7 and 15 district.

It is situated on the border of 7 and 15 district, near Westbahnhof. There are excellent transport connections, including two subway lines, trams, trains and buses. While the neighbourhood is very vibrant, the apartment is very quiet and you can take a very good rest. It is on a quiet street.
I would expect that you take good care of the room, it is my home. Smoking and social get-togethers are not allowed. We can discuss all details if you are interested in the apartment. I would also expect that you keep quiet from 10 pm until 8 am and respect the neighbours.
