The apartment is on the first floor and has a balcony. The walking distance to the next underground station Johnstrasse (U3) is 6 minutes.
All costs (gas, electricity, water, internet/wifi) are included in the total rent of 745 euros. There are no additional costs. The deposit is 600 euros.

Da ich für einige Zeit (ein paar Jahre) ins Ausland gehe und meine Wohnung währenddessen nicht aufgeben möchte, möchte ich meine Wohnung für unbefristete Zeit einer ruhigen und verantwortungsvollen Person anvertrauen, die gut darauf aufpasst und sauber ist.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet (Internet/WLAN, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Küchengeräte, alle Küchenutensilien, Kaffeemaschine, Staubsauger etc.). Es kann auch ein Flat TV zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Sie befindet sich im 1. Stock und hat einen Balkon. Zur Ubahn Station Johnstraße sind es in etwa 6 Gehminuten.
Alle Kosten (Gas, Strom, Wasser, Internet/WLAN) sind in der Gesamtmiete von 745 Euro enthalten.
Haustiere/Parties sind nicht gestattet.
Der Mindestaufenthalt ist 1 Jahr.
