Gemütliche Wohnung in der Nähe des Yppenplatzes.
Da ich mit meiner Freundin zusammenziehe, muss ich mich schweren Herzens von der Wohnung trennen.
Die Wohnung hat 2 ZIMMER, wovon jedoch das kleinere (ca 10m²) noch dem Vermieter als Lagerraum dient.
Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und kommt maximal einmal im Monat für 5 min um etwas zu holen.
Der größere Raum hat ca. 18m2 und ist schön hell mit großen Fenstern.
In der Küche gibt es zwei Kühlschränke und einen Geschirrspüler.
Bad mit Badewanne.
Eine Waschmaschine befindet sich im Haus.
Alle Möbel gehören dem Vermieter und er würde sich wünschen, dass sie alle drin bleiben. Das wäre jedoch auch verhandelbar.

The flat consists of a kitchen, bathroom and two rooms (big room: 18m², small room: 12m²)
the landlord uses the smaller room as storage (but he never bothered me and came only once in a month or so)
There is also a room for bikes, a lift and a washing machine in the house.
The furniture (bed, table, chairs, wardrobe, shelves) belongs to the landlord, and he would like to rent it fully furnished.
Hofer direkt vor der Haustür.
In 3 min beim yppenplatz und brunnenmarkt mit seinem vielen schönen lokalen und Wochenmarkt am Samstag.
Auch interspar, denns, billa usw. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
U6 alserstraße und josefstädter Straße und straßenbahnlinie 44 in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar.
10 Gehminuten zum Alten AKH.
Die Wohnung ist ideal für Leute, die gerne alleine wohnen wollen bzw auch für Pärchen wäre sie gut geeignet.
Ich hab mich immer sehr wohl gefühlt und der Vermieter ist auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
