Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich. Sie ist 35qm groß und die Küche ist in einem extra Raum, was ich persönlich sehr gut finde. In dem Flur können Schuhe und Jacken deponiert werden. Das etwas kleinere Bad reicht völlig aus. Die Aussicht über Wiesbaden ist sehr schön.
Die Lage ist sehr gut. Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten ist man mitten in der Stadt, aber auch im Nerotal, wo man schön spazieren gehen kann. Ein Rewe Markt ist in umittelbarer Nähe. Die Tanusstraße ist eine schöne und schicke Gegend.
Die Waschmaschine kann für ein kleines Geld übernommen werden, sowie ein Internet und Telefon-Vertrag bei Unitymedia für 25Euro. Die Wohnung wird nur ein einzel Personen vermietet. Haustiere sind erlaubt, auch Hunde, am besten nur kleinere Hunde. Wenn ihr Studiert oder eine Ausbildung macht braucht ihr unbedingt eine Bürgschaft. Bitte nur SMS/Whatsapp schreiben.
