Diese 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung ist ab 1.5.2011 zu haben!
Sie besitzt eine PANTRY-KÜCHE mit ZWEI KOCHPLATTEN und einem KÜHLSCHRANK.Das Bad ist klein, aber mit DUSCHE,Klo und Waschbecken samt Fenster vollkommen ausreichend (WASCHMASCHINENANSCHLUSS im Keller).
Das größere Zimmer ist als Wohnzimmer gedacht, das kleinere ist ein Durchgangszimmer zum Bad, aber mit Hochbett (kann übernommen werden) gut als Schlafzimmer zu nutzen.
Diese Wohnung ist kein Raumwunder, doch durch die Lage und den Preis auf jeden Fall eine Überlegung wert.
Ich habe mich knapp zwei Jahre lang hier sehr wohl gefühlt.
- Fahrräder abstellen auf dem Hof möglich
- Haustiere: Kleintiere sind ok (Fische,Hamster,Wellensittiche,...); alles andere nach Absprache mit Vermieter
- DSL & Kabelfernsehen möglich
- nur ein Gemeinschaftskeller vorhanden (für alle Bewohner zugänglich)
