1 flat room for 1 semestr

I'm a 23 year old male from Almaty, Kazakhstan. I am planning to attend Wismar university for winter semester. I will be arriving in September first weeks.

I'm looking for a flat near the university. I clean and maintain an organized household. I am a very considerate person and I care of my surrounding to be tidy. I enjoy a more peaceful atmosphere so I'm not a huge fan for loud parties. I enjoy talking to people as well as being myself to study and focusing on what I'm doing. I'm a very relaxed, easygoing and open person and curious to meet new people.

I am looking for someone who can rent me a 1 room flat with all facilities. (wi-fi, iron, washing machine etc.). I am very responsible for taking care of your room as well as furniture.
