Ich suche zum 01.04.23 einen Nachmieter für meine kleine Wohnung (28qm).
Sie hat eine kleine Küche, ein Bad und derzeit steht ein maßgerfertigtes Hochbett drin, welches ich für einen kleinen Preis drinlassen würde. Unter dem Hochbett ist Platz für ein Sofa (Whg. hat hohe Deckenhöhe). Man hat somit alles kompakt zusammen, was man braucht. Bad mit Dusche.
Die Miete wird womöglich angepasst, aber liegt derzeit bei 250€ (Miete zzgl 50€ NK). Strom/Gas je nach Verbrauch.

Zum Kornmarkt ist es 1min Fußweg. Rewe und die komplette Einkaufsstraße sind nebenan.
Ablöse für das Massivholz-Hochbett sind 80€. Es ist 1,40cm breit. Man kann einen Lattenrost einlegen. Wurde angefertigt für Gewicht von zwei Personen. Ist also weitaus stabiler als jedes Hochbett aus dem Möbelhaus.
