Die Wohnung ist ebenerdig, vollmöbliert und verfügt über ein Bad mit Whirlpoolbadewanne und Duschmöglichkeit. Die Küche ist klein aber gut ausgestattet.
Der Fußboden ist durchgängig mit lackierten Holzdielen verlegt.
Die Möbel und der Fernseher sind im Mietpreis inklusive, ebenso wie W-LAN . Kein Telefon jedoch Internet, via W-LAN von einem 100 Mbit/s Anschluss.
Unser Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Straße direkt am Bahnhof mit Verbindungen nach WOB, Gifhorn und Hannover. Durch eine Schallschutzmauer sind wir vor den Geräuschen des Verkehrs auf der Schiene geschützt. Hinter den Gleisen beginnt gleich das angrenzende Naturschutzgebiet; Joggen und Radfahren in der Natur sind also kein Problem. Der Tankumsee ist in ca. 3 km mit den Fahrrad auch sehr gut erreichbar.
