Hallo ihr lieben Wohnungssuchenden,
Da ich spontan umziehe, suche ich einen Nachmieter für meine schöne Einzimmerwohnung mitten in der Stadt.
Sie ist im vierten Stock (Dachgeschoss) und hat einen tollen, großen Ostbalkon.
Das Bad ist neu und hat ein Fenster.
Einbauküche ist vorhanden.
Da ich in meiner neuen Wohnung schon ein paar Möbel habe, sollen einige Sachen übernommen werden (u.a Bett, Kommode, Küchenregale, Billy-Regal und auch die Waschmaschine,..).
Provision fällt keine an.
Die Kaution liegt bei 750 € und die Miete bei 410 € plus 68€ Gas und Strom (plus Internet).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in bester Innenstadlage am Ende der Semmelstraße.
Zum Bahnhof, Theater, Innenstadt, oder zur Uni am Röntgenring (für Psychologen, Zahnmediziner, Mediziner,..)braucht man mit dem Rad höchstens 5 Minuten.
Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, dm, Bäcker, Metzger,..) sind direkt ums Eck.
