One-room apartment close to the train station. The apartment comes with forniture. You can find a modern kitchen, chair and desk, a 120 cm bed, wardrobe and a full lenght mirror. Throughout the apartment and in spacious bathroom you can find additional shelfing for storage.
The utility costs are all inclusive of heating, electricity, water, TV and WIFI. I am looking for a new tenant from March 4th, February 4th would unfortunately be very difficult due the managing company policy. All tenants must be enrolled at the University.

The apartment is located close to the main train station, just a 6-7 min walk. Close by you can also find several supermarkets (approximately 10 min walk). The area is also well served with bus stops (4-5 min walk) and S-bahn stop (3 min walk).
