Hey,
da ich ins Ausland gehe vermiete ich mein Zimmer (Einzelappartement) zur Zwischenmiete.
Das Zimmer hat ca 16 qm² und befindet sich im obersten Stockwerk ( 3. Stock).
Im Wohnheim gibt es eine Waschmaschine, einen Billiardraum, einen Kinoraum. Außerdem kann man Dienstags in die Kneipe und es sich bei verschiedenen Cocktails gut gehen lassen. Die Studenten die dort leben sind alle sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen.
Das Zimmer kann auch bis Ende September noch gemietet werden, falls Bedarf besteht :)

Das Wohnheim befindet sich im Frauenland nahe beim Real & Aldi (5 -10 Min erreichbar). 2 Buslinien ( 28 & 20 ) befinden sich ebenfalls in Reichweite ( 5 - 10 Min ).
Im Zimmer selbst ist ein Schreibtisch, 1 großer & ein kleiner Schrank, ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und Waschbecken und eine Küchenzeile.
