Mein Name ist Jahn H. und ich suche schnellstmöglich eine Wohnmöglichkeit in Würzburg um dort Fuß zu fassen. Noch wohne ich im Ruhrgebiet in NRW. Eine Jobzusage für Würzburg habe ich bereits sicher. Desweiteren würden meine Eltern für mich bürgen. Ob Wg-Zimmer oder 1-Zimmer-Wohnung ist relativ egal. Nur teuer als 400€ warm sollte es nicht sein. Bevorzugt mit Balkon, was allerdings kein absolutes Muss ist.
