Gemütliche und helle 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit großem Wohn-/Schlafzimmer, sonnigem Balkon mit Blick aufs Käppele, gut ausgestatteter Küche und Bad. Voll möbliert und lichtdurchflutet dank großer Fensterfront im Wohnbereich. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind im Keller vorhanden, für die Benutzung braucht man 2€ Waschmarken, die man im Haus erhält.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist mit das Beste. In nur 3 Minuten ist man direkt am Main und 7 Minuten entfernt ist die Sanderstraße mit vielen Bars und kleinen Cafés.
Bahn und Bus fahren direkt am Sanderring (6 Min.) ab.
Der Ringpark ist direkt vor der Haustür und auch die Wohnung liegt insgesamt sehr ruhig, da die Schießhausstraße eine kleine Einbahnstraße ohne viel Verkehr ist.
Ich mache ab Ende Juli ein Austauschsemester in Schweden und vermiete daher die Wohnung für ein halbes Jahr unter :)
