Hallo,
ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein Appartment in der Elberfelder Südstadt. Von der Wohnung aus ist man in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß am Bahnhof und in ca. 15 Minuten an der Uni. Die Haltestelle Blankstr. ist in weniger als 1 Minute erreichbar.
Perfekt also für Pendler oder Studenten!
Außerdem gibt es von Adam@Eve einen guten Hausmeisterservice und wie ich versucht habe auf den Bildern zu zeigen sind diese 28qm sehr gut nutzbar und wohnlich.
Die Küche gehört zur Wohnung und neues Bad mit Dusche.
Das ganze ist ab sofort zu haben!

Die Südstadt hat aber auch noch anderes zu bieten. Innerhalb weniger Gehminuten sind ein Park, ein Supermarkt, zwei Bäckereien, eine Metzgerei, diverse Restaurants (griechisch, chinesisch, italienisch, Döner), zwei Kioske, ein Blumenladen, eine Änderungsschneiderei und der Postshop.
