Da ich die Schweiz leider verlassen werde, suche ich ab dem 1.10.2017 einen Nachmieter für mein schickes Studio im Herzen von Zürich.
Die 1-Zimmer-Wohnung hat ca 30 qm. Durch die Fensterfront, welche sich über die gesamte Breite der Wohnung zieht, ist sie sehr hell. Zudem sind das Bad und der Gesamtzustand der Wohnung sehr modern und hochwertig.
Die Wohnung wird voll möbliert vermietet, d.h. inkl. Bett, Kommode, Essbereich und bei Bedarf Spiegel und Kleiderstangen. Zudem ist die Wohnung mit einer vollständigen, modernen Küche ausgestattet, welche ebenfalls eine Spülmaschine enthält. Ein großes Plus ist die eigene Waschmaschine inklusive Trockner, welche sich im Badezimmer der Wohnung befindet.
