Big student room in Rehalp

It is a big, one room, independent flat in a private house. I am letting it because I'm leaving Zürich. It is really ideal for a student. It is located in a quite place, next to a park, 5 minutes away from all conveniences, and about 20-25 minutes away from the ETH.

It has a nice terrace (with a cat coming regularly !), an independent and quite massive bathroom, but no kitchen sink; however there are some cooking devices (microwave, cook tops).

The internet connection as well as all other expenses are covered in the 775.- (750 rent/electricity/water etc. + 25 for the internet--those are Swiss Francs, not Euros). You would also need a deposit of two months rent (1500.-), which, of course, you'll get back when you leave the flat.

Regarding the furniture: the flat has a desk, a few shelves, a wardrobe, a fridge, a microwave, a double electric cook top, a vacuum cleaner and a few other "Kleinigkeiten"; you also have a bbq, a big table and two metal chairs on the terrace :) they are yours to use once you're in. I have bought a couch which you can get for very cheap, if you want it (unless you have your own, it's probably necessary as the room is quite large), as well as two chairs and a small wooden table, which I can give if you want them.

Even though it is really cheap, please send me a proof or reason how you can afford it.
