Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. OG, ein Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden!
Der Wohnraum beinhaltet eine Kochnische.
Weiterhin hat die Wohnung einen Balkon, der nach Süden ausgerichtet ist.
Das Bad ist mit Dusche & WC ausgestattet.
Wohnraum und Bad sind mit einem Flur verbunden.
Ein Keller ist ebenfalls inbegriffen.
Internet ist über DSL oder Kabel empfangbar.
Die Wohnung liegt 5 min entfernt vom WHZ-Campus Scheffelstraße. Bus und Straßenbahn sind auch in ca. 5 min erreichbar. Zum Campus Innenstadt fährt man 10 min mit der Bahn.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit Rewe und Rossmann in direkter Nähe, sowie Netto und Diska etwas weiter entfernt vorhanden.
Das Viertel ist ruhig, da hauptsächlich ältere Menschen hier wohnen. Im Haus selbst wohnen auch mehrere Studenten.
