Suche Nachmieter für meine tolle Singlewohnung, da ich Zwickau aus privaten Gründen verlasse. Die Wohnung besitzt einen großen Balkon in Südlage. Eine separate Küche mit Zugang zum Balkon. Es gibt einen kleinen Flur, der die Küche mit dem Wohn-und Schlafraum verbindet. Das Badezimmer besitzt zwar kein Fenster, aber natürlich eine Lüftung und tolle Dusche. Der Wohn-und Schlafraum hat einen Erker und schöne große Fenster.
Die Haltestelle der Straßenbahn ist nur ca. eine Minute entfernt. Auch gibt es gleich um die Ecke einen Bäcker und die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur ca. 10 min Fußweg entfernt. Zur Mulde sind es nur ca. 5 min und ein kleiner Park ist auch gleich um die Ecke.
Natürlich suche ich einen zuverlässigen Nachmieter. Kontakt könnt ihr gerne per Mail mit mir aufnehmen oder abends, ab ca. 19 Uhr per Telefon.
