Wir suchen eine Mitbewohnerin ab Mitte Juni / Anfang Juli für ein kleines Zimmer in einem charmanten kleinen Mini-Häuschen.
Das Zimmer ist ca 14qm groß mit einseitiger Dachschräge und einem kleinen Erker. Es kostet 370€ warm plus Internet Gebühren.
Außerdem gibt es noch ein WG-Zimmer und einen Mini-Garten.
Das Häuschen liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße im vorderen Walle.
Die konstante Mitbewohnerin ist 33 Jahre und berufstätig. Ich (47) wohne außerhalb und bin nur sporadisch da.
Wichtig ist uns ein freundliches, respektvolles und unkompliziertes Miteinander.
