Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock und umfasst die gesamte Etage. Wir haben kein Haus direkt gegenüber und bekommen deshalb immer viel Sonne ab (Küche und Wohnzimmer sind südseitig).
Das Zimmer ist etwa 12m² groß und hat den Vorteil, dass es im Sommer sehr kühl bleibt.
Du wirst in Berkes Zimmer ziehen und er wechselt rüber in mein Zimmer. Welche Möbel er im Zimmer lässt und wie die Ablöse sein (fix nicht viel) wird könnt ihr noch besprechen.
Wir haben außerdem eine große Terrasse (fast 20m²) im Innenhof.
Im Innenhof kann man auch gut sein Fahrrad abstellen.
Das Herzstück der WG ist unser großes, sonniges Wohnzimmer und der anschließende Küche mit Kochinsel zum gemeinsam Kochen.
Bad und Klo sind separate Zimmer.

The apartment is on the first floor and covers the entire storey. We don't have a house directly across the street, so we always get plenty of sun.
The heart of the WG is our large, sunny living room and the adjoining kitchen with cooking isle to cook together.
Bathroom and toilet are separate rooms.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in der Schumanngasse, im 17.Bezirk.
Direkt ums Eck gibts einen großen Eurospar, Billa und einen Hofer gibt's auch in der Nähe.
Mit der 42er Bim, die fast vor unserer Haustüre hält bist du innerhalb von 15-20 min beim Schottentor, also perfekt wenn du auf der Hauptuni studierst. Zur 9er Bim zum Westbahnhof brauchst zu ca. 2 min, zur U6 Station Michelnbeuern-AKH ca. 10-15 und zur S-Bahnstation Gersthof ca. 10 min.
Zu Fuß kommst du recht schnell zum Elterleinplatz oder wenn du etwas Natur suchst hast du's auch nicht weit zum Türkenschanzpark.

Our apartment is located in Schumanngasse, in the 17th district.
Directly around the corner there is a large Eurospar, Billa and a Hofer is also nearby.
With the 42er tram, which stops almost in front of our door, you are within 15-20 min at the Schottentor. The 9er tram to the Westbahnhof is about 2 min away. To the U6 station Michelnbeuern-AKH you need about 10-15 and to the S-Bahn station Gersthof about 10 min by foot.
You can quickly get to the Elterleinplatz or if you are looking for some nature the Türkenschanzpark is not far away.
Halloo! Wir sind Berke, Louisa und Felix.
Berke (31) lebt Architektur: untertags im Architekturbüro und in der Nacht druckt er Blumentöpfe mit seinem 3D Drucker. In der Wg lebt er schon lange und ist oft in der Küche aufzufinden. Außerdem ist er unser Pflanzendaddy; ohne ihn hätten unsere Pflanzen wahrscheinlich nicht so lange überlebt.
Louisa (22) zieht gleichzeitig mit dir in die WG. Sie ist Ergotherapeutin und frisch in Wien. Louisa und Felix kennen sich schon sehr lange, weshalb Louisa schon öfter zu Besuch war und immer für nette Gespräche im Wohnzimmer da war.
Felix (27) studiert Psychologie, ist Teil eines DJ-Kollektivs und macht die besten Strudelvariationen. Er ist im Wiener Nachleben gut dabei und legt selbst immer mal wieder in Wien und in Steyr auf. Wenn er in Steyr ist brennt er seine eigene Keramik und hat dafurch unser Geschirrrepertoir aufgestockt.
Wir sind keine reine Zweck-WG und verbringen generell gerne unsere Abende zusammen in unserem Wohnzimmer oder im Sommer auf der Terrasse. Wenn du Lust auf ein gemütliches Zusammenwohnen hast freuen wir uns wenn du dich bei uns meldest!
