Spacious and cozy 1-room apartment fully furnished with kitchen, two sofas, large double bed with modern mattresses, desk (and monitor!), all necessary equipment available.
All windows and balcony to the farm, very nice house community. Totally quiet. The apartment is upstairs, 4th floor without elevator.

The apartment is from about 15.6. - 24.7.2025 for rent. Central location, Waldemarstrasse 66, 10997 Berlin - directly opposite the Bethanien Park and walking to the Kottbusser Tor or Görlitzer Bahnhof. Bus stop right outside the door. Good cycle route to the middle and government district.

As my current sub-lete has to get out earlier and we have to leave the apartment to 31.7. (unfortunately no takeover due to landlords), only a short-term rental is possible.
Please NO pets, ideally a person or couple, or a person plus child. The apartment is not WG-suited.

Rent: 1000 Euro/month including everything: electricity, gas, internet, radio, registration for the time possible.
Deposit: 750 Euro. The deposit is due in case of commitment, the rent for receipt, so no evidence is required. I'd like to make a key transfer possible.
We are now living in Ireland and have an approved rent by the end of July. The leasing company does not want to take over a renter. We come for the departure to Berlin, so the renter is on 24.7. My current sub-let will allow for a visit to the apartment.

Alle Fenster und Balkon zum Hof, sehr nette Hausgemeinschaft. Insgesamt ruhig. Die Wohnung ist ganz oben, 4. Stock ohne Aufzug.

Die Wohnung ist von ca. 15.6. - 24.7.2025 zu vermieten. Zentrale Lage, Waldemarstrasse 66, 10997 Berlin - direkt gegenüber dem Park Bethanien und fußläufig zum Kottbusser Tor oder Görlitzer Bahnhof. Bushaltestelle gleich vor der Tür. Gute Fahrradstrecke nach Mitte und Regierungsbezirk.

Da meine derzeitige Untermieterin früher rausmuss und wir die Wohnung zum 31.7. abgeben müssen (leider wegen Vermieter keine Übernahme möglich), ist nur eine kurzfristige Vermietung möglich.
Bitte KEINE Haustiere, idealerweise eine Person oder ein Paar, oder eine Person plus Kind. Die Wohnung ist nicht WG-geeignet.
