Subletting a room in my beautiful Altbau apartment in Berlin Moabit for 3 months, with possibility of extention.
It’s the most quite room in the apt as it is located in the back away from the street, and receives beautiful afternoon and evening sunlight. The last picture gives you the view, no one can look into this room which is super nice. The room comes with a 140x200 bed and a little night stand, and a little open wooden closet (pictures will follow).
Looking for a person that is easy going, clean, and is simply looking for a peaceful and cozy refuge to come back to from working days out and the hustle and bustle of the city. So this will rather be a functional flatshare for an expat who won’t be having parties or gatherings at home. important: Unfortunately anmeldung/ registration won’t be possible.
No pets allowed and only non-smokers :) thanks for understanding.
You will be staying with an outgoing internationally-minded female (me :)) that does lots of yoga at home and enjoys a quiet peaceful apartment to recharge in, with lots of plants everywhere 🪴
