Das Zimmer ist 15qm groß und besitzt zwei große Fenster, sodass es sehr hell ist. Die Wohnung wurde im März 2022 renoviert.
Das Zimmer würde ich gerne ab 01.08.23 weitervermieten und folgende Möbeln für 500€ weiterverkaufen.
- Bett mit Lattenrost (ohne Matratze)
- zwei Kleiderstangen (an der Wand befestigt)
- Ikea Regal Kallax mit zwei Würfeln
- Ikea Kommode Hemnes
- zwei Nachttische
- Fernseher
- Hocker schwarz
Die WG hat ein kleines Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, Sofa und Fernseher.
Außerdem eine Küche und ein Badezimmer.
Die Küche verfügt über alles, was man braucht (Ofen, Kühlschrank, Tiefkühltruhe, Geschirr, etc.)
Das Haus liegt sehr zentral. Die Innenstadt ist in ca. 5min zu Fuß erreichbar mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants. Die Hochschule Heilbronn ist zu Fuß in ca. 15min und mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 10min erreichbar. Ein Lidl und eine Pizzeria sind in direkter Nähe und gegenüber befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle. Außerdem gibt es einige Parkmöglichkeiten an der Straße.
Das WG-Leben ist eher ruhiger. Aktuell wohnen noch zwei andere Mädels in der WG. Eine studiert am Bildungscampus und die andere macht eine Weiterbildung. Es wird einmal die Woche geputzt.
