The room will be rented out furnished until the end of August, after which the furniture will be taken out and you can get your own or I can help with that (I still have some random furniture there).
The large window front faces Sonnenallee, so there is a lot of light coming in (no direct sunlight, as it is facing the north), but it can also be a bit noisy (but with the window closed it's fine), there are also roller shutters for the vampires among you.
The rest of the apartment is cozy and bright, and we also have a small garden that you are welcome to use.
The S-Bahn station Sonnenallee (Ringbahn S41/S42) is about a 7-minute walk away, a bus (line M41), which runs 24 hours a day, runs almost in front of the door.
Otherwise Hermannplatz (U8/U7) and Karl-Marx-Straße (U7) are also relatively close, 10-15min.
There are four of us living here at the moment (my sister, cat Karl, me and the person who's moving out).
My sister lives here temporarily, when she moves out I will move into the other two rooms, so there are three of us living here (including the cat).
We're all pretty straightforward and mostly do our own thing, work and stuff. I usually work evening/night shifts (gastronomy) and Karl is currently unemployed (I don't think he can really commit to a career path and it's just difficult without a completed vocational training), but he's also on the road a lot.
Nevertheless, I like to maintain a relaxed, friendly relationship within the flat and am looking for people who want to stay in the apartment for a longer period of time and feel at home. I like playing games together, watch movies and drink senseless amounts of coffee while philosophizing about life.
It is important to me that the kitchen remains vegan(/vegetarian), i.e. absolutely no meat is prepared and milk/cheese products are stored in sealed boxes in the refrigerator.
On the other hand, I find cleaning plans less important, I'm more like "if I see it and have time, I'll clean it".
I should perhaps mention that I smoke everywhere in the apartment, and a lot (how you want to do that in your room is up to you).
We'll find out everything else when you come by for a visit.
