Suche so bald wie möglich einen Nachmieter/eine Nachmieterin für mein WG-Zimmer in der Ferdinandstraße.
Helles, schönes und bequem möbliertes Altbau-Zimmer, von dem aus man schnell in Stadt und Uni kommt, aber auch zum Bahnhof. Im Zimmer sind bereits ein Bett, Kisten, Teppiche und Tisch vorhanden. Durch das Fenster fällt viel Licht hinein, einen Vorhang gibt es aber auch.
Das Zimmer wird so bald wie möglich frei, gerne aber ab 01. oder 15. August bzw. 01. September.
Hinter dem Haus gibt es einen kleinen Garten mit Bänken und Grillecke.
Man läuft 5 Minuten zur Straßenbahn, 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof, 10 Minuten zur Uni, 10 Minuten zum Kaufland und Fitnessstudio. Um die Ecke gibt es einen Dönerladen und die Kulturinstitutionen der Stadt sind auch nicht weit.
Wir sind eher eine Zweck-WG, das ist aber ganz von euch Bewohnern und Bewohnerinnen abhängig, die WG ist auch party-geeignet. Große Wohnküche gibt es inklusive, davon habe ich leider kein Foto.
Kann ich bei einer WG-Besichtigung aber auch gern alles nochmal erklären und freue mich auf deine Anfrage.
Du solltest ein freundlicher, angenehmer Mensch sein, gerne Studi oder Berufsanfänger/in.
