Da ich mit meinem Partner Ende Juni zusammenziehe und ab September eine andere Person einzieht, ist das Zimmer für 2 Monate Juli-August verfügbar.
Das Zimmer ist 30 qm groß, sehr geräumig und vom Fenster aus kann man die Oberseite des Belvedere sehen. In der Wohnung gibt es auch einen großen Vorraum, den wir manchmal als Gemeinschaftsraum nutzen. Jedes Zimmer in unserer Wohnung hat eine andere Tapete und ist individuell über den Flur zugänglich. Es gibt auch einen Fahrradabstellraum im Innenhof.
Die meisten Möbel bleiben drinnen. Du wirst alles haben, was du zum Leben brauchst.

Nebenkosten: 10€ (Internet) + 17,5€ (Reinigungskraft)
Wichtig: Da die Energiezahlung im Januar höher ist und das ganze Jahr 2024 abdeckt, wirst du einen Teil der Januarmiete an mich zurückzahlen müssen. Das sind 78,4€.
Since I am moving in with my partner at the end of june and there is someone moving in starting from september, a beautiful, fully furnished room will be available for two months in a 4-person WG from July.
The room is 30 square meters, very spacious and you can see the upper side of Belvedere from the window. There is also a big entry room in the flat which we sometimes use as a common room. Each room in our apartment has a different wallpaper and is individually accessible via the hallway. There is also a bike storage in the inner yard.
I am leaving almost all the furniture in the room, you’ll have everything you need for living or you can sell it.

Other costs: 10€ (Internet) + 17,5€ (Cleaning Lady)
Important: since the energy payment in January is higher and covers all 2024, you’ll pay part of the January payment back to me, which is 78,4€.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer fantastischen zentralen Lage, nur 7 Gehminuten vom Karlsplatz (U1, U2, U4) entfernt. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Gußhausstraße (D) befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür, die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Am Heumarkt (71) ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und der Schwarzenbergplatz (1, 2, 71, D) ist 5 Minuten entfernt.
Spar, Billa, Apotheke, Post, Bank, etc. - alles, was du brauchst, ist schnell und einfach zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die TU ist zu Fuß leicht erreichbar, und das Hauptgebäude der Universität Wien ist mit der Straßenbahn D in 20 Minuten erreichbar.

The flat is located in an amazing central area, 7 walking minutes away from Karsplatz (U1, U2, U4), tram station Gußhausstraße (D) is right on the doorstep, tram station Am Heumarkt (71) is a 2-minute walk away, Schwarzenbergplatz (1, 2, 71, D) is 5 minutes away.
Spar, Billa, Pharmacy, Post Office, Bank, etc. - everything you need can be reached quickly and easily on foot.
The TU is easy to reach on foot and the main building of the University of Vienna is 20 minutes away by tram D.

Helen (29) kommt aus Berlin und studiert Architektur an der Akademie der Bildenden Künste. Mit ihrer offenen und neugierigen Art bringt sie die WG und Freunde oft zu einer Espresso-Martini-Party zusammen.
Jelli (25) hat gerade ihren Bachelor in Politikwissenschaft abgeschlossen und arbeitet beim Ö3 Radio. Sie ist sehr offen, kontaktfreudig und immer für einen Spritzer oder zwei zu haben. Ursprünglich aus Südtirol, macht sie fantastische Bruschetta und Pasta.
Francesca (27), geboren in Italien, hat ihr Studium in Italian human rights beendet und ist nach Wien gezogen, um ihr Praktikum in der Abteilung Kommunikation und Event des FRA zu machen. Sie spielt gerne Brettspiele und hellt den Raum auf mit ihrer positiven Energie.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, ab und zu kommen wir spontan für ein Abendessen, Brunch oder einen Filmabend zusammen, leben aber dennoch unsere geschäftigen individuellen Leben. Wenn etwas Wichtiges im Leben eines von uns passiert, erkundigen sich die anderen immer, und man fühlt sich immer gesehen, gehört und wertgeschätzt.
Da wir eine Reinigungsdame haben, die alle 2 Wochen die Gemeinschaftsräume putzt, muss jede nur hinter sich aufräumen.
ENGLISH
Helen (29) comes from Berlin and is studying architecture at the Academy of Fine Arts. She often brings the WG and friends together for an espresso martini party with her open and curious nature.
Jelli (25) has just finished her bachelor’s in Political Science and is working at the Ö3 Radio. She is very lively, outgoing and up for a spritzer or two. Coming from South Tyrol, she makes the amazing bruschetta and pasta.
Francesca (27) was born in Italy, finished her studies in Italian human rights and moved to Vienna for her internship at the communication and event unit of FRA. She loves board games and lights up the room with her positive energy.
We are not purpose-built flatshare, we get together now and then spontaneously for dinner, brunch or movie night, but still live our busy individual lives. When something important is happening in one of our lives, the others always ask and you always feel seen, heard and appreciated.
Since we have a cleaning lady who cleans the common rooms twice a month, we don’t have a cleaning plan, the idea is everyone cleanes after themselves.
