Wir freuen uns immer mal wieder eine nette Person kennenzulernen und zu hosten. Mehr als eine Person und 1-2 Nächte im Monat klappt nicht. Es geht uns nicht ums Geld (kleinster Wert den WG-GESUCHT eintragen lässt ist 1€), sondern darum nette Menschen kennen zu lernen.
Das Zimmer ist 10m2 groß und ein Durchgangszimmer zum Eingangsflur und der Küche. Du hast deine Privatsphäre aber wir müssten schon mal durch das Zimmer. Es ist sehr ruhig und mit schönem Laminat ausgelegt. Das Bett steht unter der Treppe. Da die Wohnung im Souterrain liegt ist sie schön kühl im Sommer.
Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und bietet neben deinem Zimmer eine geräumige voll ausgestattete Küche (ohne Tageslicht), einen Balkon/Garten, ein Bad mit Dusche und Fenster. Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Lindenthal, in unmittelbarer Uninähe.

The room is 10m2 and is a room that connects to the main entryway and the kitchen. You will have privacy but we might need to pass through it. It is very quiet and has nice laminate flooring. The bed is under the stair case (Fotos will follow). As the flat is located in the cellar it is nice and cool even on hot summer days.
In addition to your room, the apartment renovated offers a spacious fully equipped kitchen (without daylight), a balcony/garden, a bathroom with shower and window. The apartment is located in the heart of Lindenthal, close to the university.
