Hi together,

our 3 WG in Gallus is looking for a new roommate from 01.07. The room is free indefinitely, but it is also possible (from 6 months).

Your room is about 14sqm. The room is not furnitured, so you can set it up according to your wishes :) The rent for your room is 650€ hot (all included: rent, internet, electricity, radio).

Our apartment is a new building in the Gallusviertel and super well equipped! We have two bathrooms, a large living room and a balcony. Here we also like to spend time together. The entire apartment is equipped with genuine wood parquet including Floor heating. We also have an elevator, a separate basement compartment and a bicycle cellar.

Walking distance in < 3 min is a rewe, aldi and lidl. There are also various food options at Mainzer Landstraße. About 15 min walk away is the S-Bahn Galluswarte, in front of the front door also runs a tram that takes you to the main railway station in about 10-15 min. Parking is also good. If you have a car, you can park it directly on the street.

You will live with Toni (30) and Raphael (22). Toni works as a process engineer in the pharmaceutical sector at P&G. And Raphael is doing an internship from May at ING. Both are quite uncomplicated people. Toni likes to do something with friends, travels a lot, makes various ball sports (football, table tennis) or goes to the gym. Both are not from the region and are at home in the home again and again on weekends.

Hi zusammen,

unsere 3er WG im Gallus sucht ab dem 01.07 eine(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner(in). Das Zimmer wird unbefristet frei, Zwischenmiete ist aber auch möglich (ab 6 Monaten).

Dein Zimmer ist ca. 14qm groß. Das Zimmer ist nicht möbeliert, also kannst du es ganz nach deinen Wünschen einrichten :) Die Miete für dein Zimmer beträgt 650€ warm (darin ist alles enthalten: Miete, Internet, Strom, Rundfunk).

Unsere Wohnung ist ein Neubau im Gallusviertel und super gut ausgestattet! Wir haben zwei Bäder, ein großes Wohnzimmer sowie einen Balkon. Hier verbringen wir auch gerne Zeit zusammen. Die gesamte Wohnung ist mit Echtholzparkett ausgestattet inkl. Fußbodenheizung. Außerdem haben wir einen Fahrstuhl, ein eigenes Kellerabteil sowie einen Fahrradkeller.

Fußläufig in < 3 min zu erreichen sind ein Rewe, Aldi und Lidl. Außerdem gibt es an der Mainzer Landstraße diverse Essensmöglichkeiten. Ca. 15 min zu Fuß entfernt ist die S-Bahn Galluswarte, vor der Haustür fährt ebenfalls eine Straßenbahn, die dich in ca. 10-15 min zum Hauptbahnhof bringt. Parkmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls gut. Falls du ein Auto hast, kannst du es direkt an der Straße parken.

Du wirst mit Toni (30) und Raphael (22) zusammen wohnen. Toni arbeitet als Prozessingenieur im Pharmabereich bei P&G. Und Raphael macht ein Praktikum ab Mai bei der ING. Beide sind ziemlich unkomplizierte Menschen. Toni unternimmt gerne was mit Freunden, reist viel, macht diverse Ballsportarten (Fußball, Tischtennis) oder geht ins Fitnessstudio. Beide sind nicht aus der Region und sind hin und wieder am Wochenende zuhause in der Heimat.

Unser WG Leben läuft ziemlich entspannt ab, unter dem Motto: Alles kann, nichts muss. Wir schätzen Ordnung und Sauberkeit. Außerdem haben wir geregelte Tagesabläufe und es wäre schön, wenn das bei dir ebenfalls der Fall ist.
