Cozy room in International WG

Die Lage ist sehr bequem. Die Bushaltestelle ist 2min entfernt und fährt regelmäßig ins Stadtzentrum. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man eigentlich auch alles in 10min erreichen (Hauptcampus, Nordcampus, UMG, etc.) Ein Aldi befindet sich weniger als 400m entfernt und eine Sparkasse befindet sich direkt an der Bushaltestelle. Es gibt mehre Restaurants, Bäckereien und auch eine Apotheke in nur wenigen Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Es gibt nicht weit entfernt auch einen kleinen Park, wo man spazieren gehen kann.

The location is very convenient. The bus stop is 2min away and it takes you right to the city center in less than 10min. With bike you need around 10min to the center, 10min to the northern campus and the UMG. You have an Aldi nearby and several restaurants as well as a bakery and a pharmacy. There is also a small park where you can enjoy the sunny days and take a walk.

Deine Mitbewohner werden Fabio (23), Dheeraj (25) und Sarthak (25) sein. Untereinander sprechen wir Englisch.
Fabio kommt aus Italien und studiert chinesisch im Master. Er versucht sich gerade nebenbei am Deutsch lernen und freut sich wenn ihn jemand dabei unterstützt.
Dheeraj kommt aus Indien und wohnt bereits seit 3 Jahren in Deutschland. Mit ihm kannst du also auch auf deutsch reden. Er arbeitet als Umweltingenieur für Grundwasser. Er kocht sehr leckeren indischen Tee und indische Gerichte und das beste: er lässt dich sehr gerne probieren und bietet eigentlich immer an mit dir zu teilen.
Sarthak kommt ebenfalls aus Indien und macht gerade seinen PhD in Neurowissenschaften. Er arbeitet meist sehr lange und kommt deshalb etwas später nach Hause. Er kocht auch sehr gerne und sehr lecker und auch er ist immer bereit mit dir zu teilen.

Wir hatten bis jetzt immer ein sehr entspanntes und lockeres Zusammenleben. Wir kochen gerne gemeinsam oder schauen Filme abends im Wohnzimmer. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr praktisch für gemeinsame Abende oder wenn man Mal andere Leute einladen möchte. Meistens sehen wir unsaber in der Küche, wo wir über unseren Tag reden und eventuelle Anliegen klären. Wir schätzen Ehrlichkeit und Kommunikation und hoffen immer, dass wir alle Probleme direkt lösen können. Wir haben keinen Putzplan aber jeder übernimmt von sich aus Verantwortung für die Sauberkeit der Wohnung, was sich ganz gut klappt.

Als neuer Mitbewohner kannst gerne Sachen umdekorieren wenn du magst und dabei helfen ein neues Zuhause für dich zu schaffen.


Your roommates are gonna be Fabio (23), Dheeraj (25) and Sarthak (25). We all speak English with each other.
Fabio is Italian and currently does his master's degree in Chinese. He usually only speaks English but tries his best in learning some German.
Dheeraj is from South India and is working as an environmental engineer, which I think is pretty cool. Believe me, he makes some really good typical Indian tea and always let's you try his food. He lives in Germany for 3 years already and you can also speak German with him.
Sarthak is from East India and is working on his PhD in Neuroscience. He is very passionate about his work, which is why he usually comes home a little later than the rest of us. He aswell can cook pretty good and also let's you try it.

We always had a very open and relaxed atmosphere in our flat. We like to cook together and watch films in the evening. We have a living room which is very useful for hanging out together or inviting some people over. Though we usually meet in the kitchen while one of us is cooking and talk about our days and all kinds of different things. We like to be honest with each other and talk about problems we might have considering the living situation right away. We don't have a cleaning plan but everyone makes sure to keep everything clean on their own.

As a new roommate you are welcome to redecorate and help making this apartment your home as well. :)

Die Miete beträgt 450€ warm und inklusive Gas, Strom, Internet, etc. Wenn du GEZ bezahlen musst, kommt das dazu.

450€ is the rent with everything included (light, gas, Internet, etc.). GEZ is extra if you have to pay that.
