I hope you doing great!
I am a film director from Berlin. With my friend Anna a lawyer student we just moved to a beautiful 190sqm apartment in the heart of area Tempelhof. Our apartment has 3 balconys (one is only for you), 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. We rent out a comfortable and super beautiful 20 sqm room which we just fully renovated.
We flexible people, like to dance and have friends over for a drink or renovate a room in our huge apartment. Which we plan doing in July. But it wont effect you because your room is located on the other side of the place.
Your furnished room has underfloor heat which feels just amazing in winter times. Including in the rent is all you need: WiFi, towels, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, drinking water and a cleaning woman (which cleans your room once a month) and you gonna have your own small kitchen which will be available for your own use in 4 to 6 weeks (we building it right now.)
My home is surrounded by culinary (and pricy!) restaurants and not far from Tempelhofer Feld (the huge old airport which is a park now) and most hip bars of Mehringdamm, Kreuzberg.
It’s the 4th floor (no elevator) so the apartment has a beautiful view, on both sides are bright windows and there is so much space to enjoy. You can work in the living room, or have a bath or shower in one of the two bathrooms or have a coffee in the sun in one of the three balconies :)
In additin you can registration (Anmeldung) in my apartment if you need it.
