The room is 13 m2 large, very bright and spacious, with a large window to the Taubenstraße in the south of Stuttgart. The many sunlight creates a particularly pleasant atmosphere. In addition, the room is very quiet – you neither hear the neighbors nor street noises.
The house is well insulated, and an electric heating ensures that the room gets warm quickly.
Das Zimmer ist 13 m² groß, sehr hell und geräumig, mit einem großen Fenster zur Taubenstraße im Stuttgarter Süden. Durch das viele Sonnenlicht entsteht eine besonders angenehme Wohnatmosphäre. Zudem ist das Zimmer sehr ruhig – man hört weder die Nachbarn noch Straßenlärm.
Das Haus ist gut gedämmt, und eine elektrische Heizung sorgt dafür, dass der Raum schnell warm wird.
The apartment is located in the quiet south, near Erwin-Schöttle Station 5 minutes walk and 12 minutes to Marienplatz. There are many cafes, pubs nearby to spend nice time with friends, a pelvic shop and 2 shops.
There are table tennis, basketball and Calisthenics fields nearby.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im ruhigen Süden, in der Nähe von Erwin-Schöttle Station 5 Minuten zu Fuß und 12 Minuten zum Marienplatz. Es gibt sehr viele Cafés, Kneipen in der Nähe um schöne Zeit mit Freunden zu verbringen, eine Beckerei und 2 Einkaufsläden.
In der Nähe befinden sich Tischtennis, Basketball und Calisthenics Felder.
Hi I am Dino, architect and 34 years old. (I'm staying) At home I read, watch movies, play very much guitar and cook. The WG has a new kitchen where you can cook together (or alone) or chill on the balcony in the beautiful weather :) There is also a large, light-flooded living room with a TV – perfect for relaxing hours in the WG.
On weekends I like to go to cafes and bars. The apartment is located topp, so this is easy to reach.
In the WG, we value cleanliness – and this without a firm cleaning plan. 1x week

Hi ich bin Dino, Architekt und 34 Jahre alt. (ich bleibe) Zu Hause lese ich, schaue Filme, spiele sehr gerne Gitarre und koche. Die WG hat eine neue Küche wo man zusammen (oder alleine) kochen kann, oder auf dem Balkon beim schönen Wetter chillen :) Außerdem gibt es ein großes, lichtdurchflutetes Wohnzimmer mit einem TV – perfekt für entspannte Stunden in der WG.
Am Wochenende gehe ich gerne in Cafés und Bars. Die Wohnung ist topp gelegen, sodass dies auch einfach zu erreichen ist.
In der WG legen wir Wert auf Sauberkeit – und das ganz ohne festen Putzplan. 1x Woche
