Das Zimmer ist möbiliert, ich gehe für ca. 1 Monat (bin da flexibel) nach Frankfurt. Das Zimmer hat einen Schreibtisch und eine gute Matratze. Liegt direkt am Balkon mit toller Aussicht auf Freiburg und die Berge. Meine Gitarre und das Klavier bleiben, können gerne genutzt werden. Schöner Parkettboden und angenehm hell.
Die Miete beträgt 450, alles inklusive. Keine weiteren Kosten außer vielleicht mal Klopapier.
Über die Kaution kann man reden.
Nahe Eschholzstraße direkt neben der Dreisam. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß.
Sehr angenehme Mitbewohner. Putzplan sollte eingehalten werden, man ist aber auch nur 1 mal alle 5 Wochen dran, sehr machbar. Es gibt eine Frauen und eine Männertoilette. Mitbewohne alle cool und offen für Kochen oder ähnliches. Alles absolut zwanglos. Bei uns sind immer mal wieder Leute zur Zwischenmiete wenn jemand in den Urlaub oder so geht und es gab nie Probleme.
