Das Zimmer hat ca 20 qm und wird unmöbliert vermietet. Es hat ein großes Fenster in Richtung Innenhof. Auf dem Bild sieht man das Zimmer noch von der Vormieterin möbliert. :)
Die Wohnung hat als Gemeinschaftsräume eine große Küche und ein Wohnzimmer. Zudem gibt es zwei Toiletten, sowie Dusche und Badewanne. Auch Wasch- und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden.

The room has approx. 20 square metres and is rented unfurnished. It has a large window facing the inner courtyard. On the picture you can see the room still furnished by the previous tenant. :)
The flat has a large kitchen and a living room as common rooms. There are two toilets, as well as a shower and bathtub. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher.

Die Wohnung liegt an einer Hauptstraße zwischen ganz vielen Foodspots. Der Bahnhof ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, die Hochschule circa 10 Minuten. Es gibt Aldi, dm und Lidl in der Nähe und man ist in 3 Gehminuten in der Innenstadt. Kino, Bowlingbahn und Kammer (Café/Bar) sind fast vor der Haustür.
Parken ist in unserer Straße leider gebührenpflichtig, aber die meisten stellen ihr Auto einfach am Parkplatz der HS oder in einer Nebenstraße ab. :)

The flat is located on a main street between lots of food spots. The train station is only a 5-minute walk away, the university about 10 minutes. There are Aldi, dm and Lidl nearby and you can be in the city centre in 3 minutes on foot. The cinema, bowling alley and Kammer (café/bar) are almost on the doorstep.
Unfortunately there is a charge for parking in our street, but most people just leave their car in the HS car park or in a side street. :)
Ger:
Wir sind Verena (26), Godson (27) und Julia (24) und suchen ab März eine liebe neue Mitbewohnerin oder Mitbewohner. Wir sind alle gut miteinander befreundet und unternehmen hin und wieder was zusammen oder treffen uns auf einen kleinen Plausch in der Küche.
PS: Da wir alle drei im Master sind und im Sommer unser Studium beenden, suchen wir gerne eine Person, die Lust hat, die Wohnung ab dem neuen Wintersemester mit neuen MitbewohnerInnen zu übernehmen.

We are Verena (26), Godson (27) and Julia (24) and are looking for a lovely new flatmate from March. We are all good friends and occasionally do things together or meet up for a chat in the kitchen.
PS: As all three of us are studying for a Master's degree and will be finishing our studies in the summer, we are looking for someone who would like to take over the flat with new flatmates from the new winter semester.

Die Miete für das Zimmer beläuft sich auf ca 375€. Zudem kommt eine Kaution von 600€ und eine Übernahmezahlung von ca 300€ auf dich zu. Diese bekommst du aber bei Weitergabe des Zimmers anteilig wieder zurück.
