Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 3er WG und beträgt insgesamt 12 Quadratmeter. Alle Zimmer haben Zugang zu einem riesigen, südseitigen und sonnigen Balkon. Das Zimmer ist auch mit einer elektronischen Jalousie ausgestattet.
Meine Möbel (Bett, Matratze, Schrank, Nachttisch) sind auch gegen einer Ablöse zu vergeben.
Die Wohnung beträgt aus einer Essküche, 3 Zimmer, großes Badezimmer, WC, und einen großen Balkon.
ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED IN RENT PRICE. Fee must be paid for for all communal items in flat as it is fully furnished (kitchen equipment, dishwasher, washing machine, balcony furniture, sofa, table and chairs etc.)
The room is in a 3 person flatshare and will be available from October 2023 - you may also move in a few days earlier. The room is on the smaller side - 12 squared meters, but has access to a huge, sunny, south facing balcony that is almost an extension of the room. The room also has electronic roller blinds to keep the sun and heat out.
The furniture is also available with the room for a fee (bed, mattress, wardrobe, bedside table).
The flat has a dining kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom with toilet, a separate WC and balcony
Die sonnige Wohnung befindet sich an der Anna Stainer Knittel Weg in Innsbruck. Bus bzw Tramhaltestelle EKZ West (Linie 2 und 5, Bus - T) nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt am 2. Stock. Das Haus hat einen Kellerabteil für die Wohnung am 3. Stock des Hauses und ein Tiefgaragenplatz ist auch verfügbar - derzeit wird den Garagenplatz von einem Kollege gemietet und somit wird die Gesamtmiete etwas günstiger.
The sunny flat is situated on Anna Stainer Knittel Weg in Höttinger Au. The bus and tram stop EKZ West is 2 minutes away by foot, and is served by the 2 and 5 lines, and T bus. The flat is on the second floor of the building, cellar can be found on the third floor and the underground parking space is currently rented out by a work colleague, making the monthly rent cheaper (€560)
Wir alle verstehen uns ganz gut aber sind eine Zweck WG, da wir alle nicht länger als ein Jahr mehr in Innsbruck bleiben werden. Solange dass alle sich gut verstehen und die Wohnung sauber bleibt, gäbe es gar keine Probleme.
Deine neue Mitbewohner sind beide Studenten (Medizin Uni, SoWi) aus Deutschland und Südtirol.
We are currently a Zweck WG as none of us are staying in innsbruck for longer than a year. As long as the flat is kept clean and tidy there are no issues and we are all laidback people!
Your new flatmates are both in their mid 20s, studying at the Med Uni Innsbruck and the SoWi, and are from Germany and South Tyrol.
