Furnitured big Room in Viertel

Location:

The flat is located in the middle of “the Viertel”: Nearby you find several restaurant and supermarkets (Alnatura, Rewe, Penny, Rossmann and Netto etc,) — here you definitely won't starve. Walking to the "Sielwallkreuzung" takes less than 5 minutes, and at same time the distance to bars is long enough for you to be able to sleep at night. Tram lines 2, 3 and 10 are right next door, so you will be well-connected to most parts of the city.

Lage:

Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Viertel und ist sehr zentral gelegen. Es gibt viele Cafés und Bars in der Nähe. Die Weser ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die vielen schönen Seitenstraßen laden immer wieder zu schönen Spaziergängen ein. Direkt gegenüber liegt die Haltestelle Brunnenstraße. Dort fahren die Linien 2, 3 und 10 mit denen Du sehr schnell am Hauptbahnhof oder an der Domsheide bist. Auch was Supermärkte angeht sind wir gut ausgestattet. Direkt gegenüber gibt es einen REWE und um die Ecke einen Netto. Ein Penny ist mit einem kleinen Spaziergang (10 Minuten) zu erreichen. Direkt unter uns gibt es einen Alnatura.

You will be living with Hans-Ole, Jan and Christine in a very chilled WG. During the week, we are often away, and we’re busy with our work and studies, but we also enjoy sharing good food and having fun weekends. Since we don't have a living room the kitchen is the centre of the flat: It’s is the place to cook, drink and hang out, and perfect for someone who likes great dinners, interesting discussions and just having a good time. We care a lot about keeping the flat clean, and we have a cleaning schedule, which our future flatmates should participate in as well. We also have a small communal cash box for the products everybody needs, such as dish soap and toilet paper.

Christine (28): PhD student from Denmark. She is often busy with work or traveling, but when at home she enjoys hanging out in the kitchen, either having dinner, beer or a cup of coffee together. In her free time she likes hanging out outside and doing sports, but she also enjoys reading, and is always up for a chat.

Jan: He is 26 Yars old. And he studies Marinegeo-Sciences. He sometimes travels in the US. And he is the best cook in the house. At the weekends he like to go out with friends in the viertel.

Hans-Ole enjoys spending time in the apartment. He is an educator in the recognition year and works in a day care center. He enjoys drinking coffee and cooking. In his spare time, he sings in a choir and likes to be out and about in the countryside. He likes to swim and rides his bike a lot.

And now to you: We strive to create a good, family-like atmosphere and hope that you will take part in this :) We would like to find someone who knows how to clean as well as being social, and who will enjoy the social parts about flatsharing. Consideration and good communication is very important to us! Ideally, we want someone who already has experience in shared flats and who will be actively involved in taking care of the flat/making improvements to the common areas. We love inviting people and new faces are always welcome, but we are not a party flat share.

WG-Leben:

Du wohnst zusammen mit Christine, Yara und Hans-Ole.
Unter der Woche sind wir alle mit unserer Arbeit oder dem Studium recht beschäftigt. Aber am Wochenende trifft man sich gerne spontan, um zusammen zu frühstücken, einen Kaffee zu trinken, zusammen zu kochen/zu essen, den Abend gemeinsam zu verbringen.
Wir verbringen also immer recht spontan und aus der Situation heraus zusammen Zeit. Das WG Motto ist „alles kann nichts muss“. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und es ist uns wichtig, dass wir nicht nebeneinander her, sondern zusammen leben und uns austauschen. Eine gute gemeinschaftliche Atmosphäre in der sich jeder*e wohlfühlt ist uns wichtig.

Da Christine nur wenig Deutsch und mehr Englisch spricht, wäre es super, wenn Du ein wenig Englisch sprichst. Das muss aber kein Oxford-Englisch sein. Hans-Ole improvisiert z. B. auch häufig rum, wenn sein Englisch nicht ausreicht ;)

Sauberkeit ist uns allen recht wichtig. Wir haben einen Putzplan, der ganz gut funktioniert. Aber wenn der mal ein bisschen „holpert“ ist das natürlich auch in Ordnung. Es ist ein Geben und Nehmen, bei dem einfach jeder*e umsichtig ist.

Christine ist 28 Jahre alt und studiert an der Uni Statistik (Phd-Studentin). Im Allgemeinen ist sie sehr mit ihre Arbeit beschäftigt oder auch damit für ihre Arbeit zu reisen ;) Sie macht gerne Sport, liest gerne und verbringt gerne Zeit draußen mit Freunden. Wenn sie zu Hause ist sie häufig in der Küche anzutreffen und ist immer für gesellige Momente bei einer Tasse Kaffee oder einem guten Essen zu haben.

Jan ist 26 Jahre alt. Er studiert Marine-Geosciences. Er ist mit Abstand der beste Koch in der WG. Am Wochenende geht er gerne mit Freunden im Viertel aus.

Hans-Ole verbringt gerne Zeit in der Wohnung. Er ist Erzieher im Anerkennungsjahr und arbeitet in einer KiTa. Er trinkt gerne Kaffee und kocht gerne. In seiner Freizeit singt er in einem Chor und ist gerne im Grünen unterwegs. Er schwimmt gerne und ist viel mit Rad unterwegs.

Other:

A buffer for the additional costs is included in the rent (including internet and GEZ). Additionally, we keep a box of cash for shared costs, the payments depends on what is need, but is usually around €10 every month. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a dishwasher, and we have a washing machine as well as a dryer. Additionally, we have a large bathroom that has recently been completely renovated. We are a non-smoking flat share.


NOTE: The room will be rented out unfurnished but the furniture in picture is for sale!
