Die Wohnung liegt in der ruhigen Hauserstraße in Gauting. Die Straße ist im Grünen gelegen, 5 min Fußweg zum Wald. Das Zimmer in Erdgeschosslage mit Garten vom 01.12.2023 bis 31.03.2024 zu vermieten, da ich mit meiner Freundin zusammen ziehen. Ich vermiete das Zimmer erstmal für 4 Monate, da es noch nicht sicher ist ob meine Freundin und ich die Wohnung behalten.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit ab April 2024 unbefristet in das Zimmer zu wohnen. Ab April beträgt die Miete 450 Euro pro Monat (Der Mietvertrag wird dann mit der Vermieterin unterschrieben). Die Möbel in der Wohnung müssen dann für 500 Euro abgelöst werden.
Spül- und Waschmaschine stehen auch zur Verfügung.

The apartment is located on the quiet Hauserstraße in Gauting. The street is situated in a green area, a 5-minute walk to the forest. The ground-floor room with a garden is available for rent from December 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024, as I am moving in with my girlfriend. I am renting the room for the first 4 months, as it's not yet certain whether my girlfriend and I will keep the apartment.
There is the possibility to rent the room indefinitely starting from April 2024. From April onwards, the rent will be 450 Euros per month (the lease will be signed with the landlord).
A dishwasher and washing machine are also available.
Direkt neben dem Haus ist eine Bushaltestelle aber Fahrrad oder Auto wäre besser, da der Bus nicht so oft fährt. Es gibt sehr viele Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Right next to the house, there is a bus stop, but a bicycle or a car would be more convenient as the bus service is not very frequent. There are plenty of parking options nearby.
Das Leben-wg ist sehr entspannt, alle sind nett und tagesüber beschäftigt. Man kann sich in der gemeinsamen Küchen beim Kochen treffen. Einer ist schon im Urlaub, deswegen sind jetzt nur noch zwei Mitbewohner im Haus.

The shared living arrangement (WG) is very relaxed, everyone is friendly and occupied during the day. You can meet up in the communal kitchen while cooking. One person is already on vacation, so there are currently only two roommates in the house.
