Hallo Servus! Ich bin Nicolas. Ich habe schon 6 Monate in Augsburg als Praktikant gewohnt. Sie war eine kleine student Wohnung.
Heute arbeite ich bei Rocket Factory Augsburg als Propulsion Ingenieur . Ich suche nach eine großer Wohnung (von 30qm).
Ich möchte ab 01.10.2023 einziehen.
Idealerweise hat die Wohnung Möbeln, EBK, TG platz.
Sie muss liegen knapp vom Innenstadt. Ich suche keine Wohnung im Erdegeschoss.
Ich wohne allein. Ich habe keine Haustiere. Ich bin nicht Raucher.
