the room is part of a two room apartment with access, in the form of a double glass door, to the own garden. The room is not only long but also not wide. With a bit of creativity or Tetrisskills it can still be set up very well. You hear a little from the neighbors. The room was taken over unpainted at the time and you can definitely do the same or talk to the landlord.

das Zimmer ist Teil einer zwei Zimmer Wohnung mit Zugang, in Form einer doppelten Glastür, zum eigenen Garten. Das Zimmer ist nicht nur lang sondern auch nicht breit. Mit ein bisschen Kreativität oder Tetrisskills lässt es sich trotzdem ganz gut einrichten. Von den Nachbarn hört man recht wenig. Das Zimmer wurde damals unbestrichenen übernommen und du kannst bestimmt das selbe tun oder dich mit der Vermieterin absprechen.
The location is ideally located near the York Center. In the village of the center you can get anywhere quickly, whether by bus or bicycle. There are also plenty of shops here, which is not so common in Münster. A Benefit or FitX is also nearby.
Die Lage ist ideal in der Nähe vom York Center. Nördlich des Zentrums kommt man überall schnell hin, ob mit Bus oder Fahrrad. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es hier auch reichlich, was in Münster garnicht so üblich ist. Ebenso ist ein Benefit oder FitX in der Nähe.
I'm just getting involved with my doctorate and therefore sometimes more and sometimes less taken from work, but theoretically I'm busy so not always present in the WG. If I have free time I like to start with friends. I always like to invite you to a board game or movie night. In general, I would call my interests geeky, but let me for a lot of enthusiasts and am still looking for a gymbuddy :p.
Ich bin gerade mit meiner Promotion zugange und dementsprechend manchmal mehr und manchmal weniger eingenommen von der Arbeit, aber theoretisch bin ich vollzeit beschäftigt also nicht immer zugegen in der WG. Wenn ich dann Freizeit habe starte ich gerne Unternehmungen mit Freunden. Zu einem Brettspiel- oder Filmabend lade ich immer gerne ein. Generell würde ich meine Interessen als geeky bezeichnen aber lasse mich für vieles Begeistern und bin immernoch auf der Suche nach einem gymbuddy :p.
Included in the cold rental is a car parking space in the underground garage, from which an elevator is also carriage through the floors of the house. I don't use it myself, and if a key is needed for access, you could only rent it under the residents, but you need one:). You would buy the washing machine, dryer and freezer from the previous roommate when you were in the process. I'm expected to finish this or early next year with my PhD and then also take off. Then it would be up to you to carry on this WG or apartment.
Inklusive in der Kaltmiete ist ein Autostellplatz in der Tiefgarage, von der auch ein Aufzug durch die Etagen des Hauses kutschiert. Ich selber benutze ihn nicht und da für den Zugang ein Schlüssel benötigt wird, könnte man ihn nur unter den Anwohner vermieten, aber vlt. brauchst du ja einen :). Beim Einzug würdest du anteilig die Waschmaschine, Trockner und Gefrierschrank von dem bisherigen Mitbewohner erwerben. Ich werde voraussichtlich dieses oder Anfang nächstes Jahr mit meinem PhD fertig werden und dann auch ausziehen. Dann wär es an dir, diese WG oder Wohnung weiterzuführen.
