Looking for 2-3+ room apartment anywhere in Münster

Wir sind ein Paar, das gerade zusammen nach Münster gezogen ist. Im Moment wohnen wir in der Staufenstraße. Wir ziehen alle Standorte in Münster in Betracht. Unser besonderes Interesse gilt Wohnungen mit 2-3+ Zimmern. Wir haben beide unseren eigenen Verdienst aus unserer Arbeit.

Ich bin Eren Doenertas, 27 Jahre alt und leitender Productdesigner mit Master-Abschluss. Ich arbeite remote für ein Unternehmen namens „Fresenius Medical Care“ in Deutschland. Ich entwerfe Gesundheitsprodukte, die das Wohlbefinden von Menschen verbessern können.

Mein Verlobter ist Yaren Palamut. Sie ist 26 Jahre alt und promoviert an der Universität Twente. Sie wird ihre Doktorandenstelle mindestens 4 Jahre lang fortführen. Sie arbeitet daran, die Gesundheitsversorgung älterer Menschen zu Hause effizienter zu gestalten.

Wir suchen ab dem 01.10.2024 eine Wohnung. Für die Anmeldung benötigen wir das Dokument „Wohnunsgeberbestätigung“. Ich wohne in einer Übergangswohnung. Wir bevorzugen langfristige/unbefristete Verträge. Meine sechsmonatige Probezeit bei meinem Unternehmen endet im September. Ich denke, unser Shufa-Score wird großartig genug sein!

Wenn es möglich ist, bevorzugen wir die Kommunikation auf Englisch, es ist aber auch in Ordnung, auf Deutsch zu kommunizieren. Mein Deutsch verbessert sich immer noch :)

Hi!

We are a couple who just moved to Münster together. Right now, I am living at Staufenstraße. We are considering all locations in Münster. We are especially interested in apartments with 2-3+ rooms. We have both our own earnings from our jobs.

I am Eren Doenertas, 27 years old senior industrial designer with Master's degree. I am working remotely for a company called "Fresenius Medical Care" located in Germany. I am designing healthcare products that can enhance the well-being of people.

My fiance is Yaren Palamut. She is 26 years old Phd candidate at University of Twente. She will at least continue her Doctorate position for 4 years. She is working to enhance the efficiency of healthcare support for elderly people at home.

We are looking for an apartment starting from 01.10.2024. We will need the document "Wohnunsgeberbestätigung" for registration. I am living in a temporary flat. We prefer long-term/unlimited contracts. My 6 months trial period with my company will end in September. I think our Shufa score will be great enough! :)

Let me tell more about us:

We are really helpful and warm people living a very orderly life style. We have a strict routine for different tasks during the day such as cleaning, working and cooking.

We enjoy spending our time outside with sport activities. Apart from these, we enjoy drawing and watching series in our leisure time. We will be working 8 hours(minimum) during the day and working out for 1-2 hours in some days.

We are very sensitive and considerate about the use of other people's living spaces. We respect comfort of the people living around us. For this reason, we take care not to disturb anyone around us, which makes us a great neighbor for all. :)

We do not enjoy the smell of cigarettes at all. Therefore, it is pretty important for us to find an apartment where people have not smoked. Even though we love animals, we do not prefer to live with them in an apartment.

Since we are just moving to Germany, we do not have any Schufa (request now) score yet. We can share the copy of our job contracts and details of our bank accounts when needed. We can also provide you my flatmates' references from Germany, Braunschweig where I lived as exchange student almost 5 years ago for 4-5 months. We can assure you that we will have totally proper income to pay the rent and bills on time.
