Die helle und freundliche Wohnung wurde 2017 komplett saniert, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden.
Das Zimmer ist mit neuwertigen Möbeln (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch etc.) und einem großen Sofa ausgestattet - es ist also voll möbliert. Es gibt zudem einen abschließbaren Kellerraum.
Weiter werden Internet und Strom zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Kosten hierfür und sind mit der Mietzahlung komplett abgedeckt. Die Mieter müssen beim Einzug keine Verträge mit Versorgern mehr abschließen, es ist alles organisiert. Eine Wohnungsgeberbescheinigung für die Anmeldung kann ausgestellt werden.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Wüste, einem sehr beliebten Stadtteil Osnabrücks, der einerseits ruhig und andererseits zentrumsnah gelegen ist. Alles Wichtige (Geschäfte, Uni, Zentrum, Altstadt, Bahnhof) ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad erreichbar.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße.

The apartment is located in the "Wüste", a very popular district of Osnabrück, which is both quiet and close to the city center. Everything important (stores, university, center, old town, train station) can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bike.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building in a quiet side street.
Die WG besteht bislang aus Jay (23), Student an der Uni Osnabrück und Angela (20), Studentin am Sprachkolleg. Eine offene und freundliche WG :)
Die Mietzeit ist zunächst auf ein Jahr begrenzt; eine Verlängerung ist nach Absprache aber möglich.

Currently Jay (22), student at the University of Osnabrück and Angela (20), student at the language college are living in the flat - both open and very friendly :)
The rental period is initially limited to one year, but an extension is possible by arrangement.
Einzug ab 1. Mai 2025 möglich.
