mega gemütlich. direkt bei der Küche und beim Eingang. Zimmer kann man auch abschließen. 1 Bad mit Klo und Waschmaschine ist auch direkt nebenan. im 1. oG ist ein Bad mit Dusche. im 2. og gibt es sogar ein Bad mit Badewanne.
super zentral. Läden, Cafés, Kunsthalle, Theater, osterdeich, alles zu Fuß erreichbar.
morgane ist eine mega tolle Mitbewohnerin. ihr 5-jähriger Sohn ist auch lieb, wenn man sich ein bisschen mit ihm beschäftigt. wenn man sich nicht für Kinder interessiert, dann ist man hier falsch. mal ein Spiel zusammen spielen. mal zusammen essen, mal etwas quatschen, man ein Wein oder ein Kaffe zusammen trinken... Das sollte schon drin sein :)
