* The price is 450€/month.
Actually the original rent I pay is 500€/month. But I'll only be away for 2 months, I won't take all my stuff with me, so I'm not able to provide you with the use of storage furniture such as closets, drawer etc cuz they're all very full. So I lower the price myself hoping to have your understanding for this. *
The room is warm and cozy. You'll have a big bed and a desk facing the window with a nice view. I often watch sunsets and clouds from there. (Beddings are not provided)
Directly downstairs is a Netto for groceries. Penny 5 minutes walk. Rewe and Lidl 7 minutes walk. Hermes, DPD, DHL, UPS paketshop are all nearby.
You can reach the beautiful riverside within 10 minutes walk.
We have a small living room with sofa and table but we usually use the room to dry laundry :D
Only 3 minutes walk to the Griesheim S-Bahn station, where you can take S1/S2. Very convenient!

Our WG Life is chill and uncomplicated. We respect each other's private space.
Your flatmates are Sofia and Fatimeh. Both very nice and friendly.
Sofia is a russian girl doing a Hotelfachfrau Ausbildung. Fatimeh is a iranian girl studying human rights and recently started working.
We're both busy with our own life. Sometimes when meet in the kitchen we'll talk about our daily, share food together. But nothing is a must, it's totally ok if you just want to sleep in the room all day xD
We hope our new flatmate considers cleanliness important. We take turns to clean the WG once a week. We hope you're a tidy person and can keep the WG clean.
