Die Natfak liegt direkt am Ende der Straße und ist sowohl mit Rad als auch zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. In der anderen Richtung liegt die Theodor-Heuss-Anlage, ein Park mit Supermarkt, Bäcker, Copyshop, Apotheke, Bank, usw. Alle Läden für den täglichen Bedarf direkt um die Ecke.
Die Sebaldussiedlung ist ein ruhiges Wohnviertel das an zwei verschiedenen Wäldern angrenzt, ideal für Spaziergänge.
Die Bushaltestelle liegt direkt gegenüber vom Haus, mit dem 287er ist man in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt, mit dem Fahrrad dauert es ca. genausolang.
The Natfak (Natural Sciences Faculty) is located right at the end of the street and can be reached by bike or on foot in just a few minutes. In the other direction, you'll find the Theodor-Heuss-Anlage, a park with a supermarket, bakery, copy shop, pharmacy, bank, etc. All shops for daily needs are just around the corner.
The Sebaldussiedlung is a quiet residential area that borders two different forests, ideal for walks. The bus stop is directly opposite the house; With the 287 bus you can reach the city center in 10 minutes, roughly the same it takes by bike.
Aktuell wohnen hier Rory, 27, Englischlehrer aus Irland an einer internationalen Schule, und Jan, 28, Ilsler und begeisterter Musiker und Boulderer.
Allgemein herrscht in der WG eine entspannte Atmosphäre, Gespräche über Musik und Filme sind immer willkommen.
Leider arbeiten wir manchmal aneinander vorbei, aber oft ergibt sich doch Zeit Abends zusammen im Wohnzimmer oder in der Küche zu sitzen und bei einem Bierchen zusammen abzuhängen.
Am besten bringst du gute Englischkenntnisse mit da Rory aktuell noch Deutsch lernt.
Currently living here are Rory, 27, an English teacher from Ireland at an international school, and Jan, 28, Ilsler (Ilsfeld resident) and enthusiastic musician and boulderer.
In general, there is a relaxed atmosphere in the shared apartment; discussions about music and movies are always welcome. Unfortunately, we sometimes work past each other, but often there is time in the evenings to sit together in the living room or kitchen and hang out with a beer.
It's best if you have good English skills since Rory is currently learning German.
